Cookies are small files stored on your computer or device when you visit a website. They help the site recognize your browser, keep you signed in where appropriate, remember your preferences, and make the Service work smoothly. Cookies may be set by us ("first party") or by partners that help us run the Service ("third party"), depending on the feature.

We also use similar technologies that store information in your browser (for example local storage to remember cookie consent during a session). In this policy, references to cookies include those technologies where they serve comparable purposes.

When you access or use the Service, we and our service providers may place cookies and similar technologies in your browser for the purposes described below: to provide core functionality, to keep your account secure, to remember your choices, and—when you allow optional categories—to understand how the Service is used and to measure marketing performance. Additional processing that happens on our servers (for example security and operations) is described in our Privacy Policy.

We use the following broad categories:

3.1 Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the Service to work. They include cookies that help authenticate you, maintain your session while you are logged in, protect against misuse of accounts, route your activity to the correct workspace, support checkout when available, and remember your cookie consent preferences. Without essential cookies, parts of the Service may be unavailable or may not function properly.

3.2 Functionality cookies

These cookies remember choices you make—such as staying signed in across visits where you choose that option, remembering your workspace context, or keeping interface preferences (for example theme)—so you do not have to re-enter them every time. They are used to give you a more consistent experience.

3.3 Performance and analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google tag, with Consent Mode v2) and PostHog for product analytics, so we can measure visits and understand how the Service is used. These run from your first visit so we have reliable, accurate measurement — they do not require a cookie banner choice. Session replay (PostHog watching a recording of how you used the Service, to help us fix bugs and improve the interface) is different: it is off by default and only turns on if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner. Choosing "Essential only" keeps session replay off; analytics measurement continues either way. Aggregate or statistical information may also be derived from server logs as explained in our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Advertising cookies

We load the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance (for example PageView and Landing Page Views in Meta Ads Manager) and to attribute sign-ups and subscriptions from our campaigns. The Meta Pixel may set cookies such as _fbp when it loads, and it runs from your first visit regardless of the cookie banner choice. Server-side conversion events are also sent to Meta through the Conversions API. If you arrive from a Meta ad with a click identifier in the URL, we may store a first-party click ID cookie (_fbc) so we can attribute later conversions on our servers. The cookie banner choice does not turn off analytics or Meta ad measurement — it only controls PostHog session replay (see 3.3). We may introduce additional advertising tools in the future; we will keep this policy updated.

When you use features that involve other platforms—such as signing in with Google or visiting third-party login pages—those providers may set their own cookies. We do not control cookies on third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy and cookie notices.

Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser ("session" cookies). Others stay on your device for a longer period ("persistent" cookies), for example to keep you signed in or remember preferences. Retention depends on the purpose of each cookie and how you use your browser. Our cookie consent choice is stored in local storage on your device until you clear it or change it.

You can control session replay through our cookie banner ("Accept all" or "Essential only"). You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies, see what is stored, and opt out of certain types of storage. If you disable or delete essential cookies, you may not be able to use all features of the Service, and some pages may not work as expected.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or through the Service where appropriate.
